Hi Mike,

The issue was that a very busy site with 2 printers, one at the counter in front
and one WAY in back in shipping and receiving, both printing pick tickets, had
the printer in the back die. We were in the process of getting a replacement to
them. Users aren't real familiar with moving spool files (at least not in this
area) plus they don't actually request the prints and know to look for them, 
they
are generated by the software application...
