Probably a silly question, but is there a compelling reason other than FUD
to switch to NT?

We did it a couple of years ago--hired a consultant; it went smoothly.
Still can't figure why we bothered except for FUD.

If you need to do it, I'd recommend hiring someone to help you, Novell and
NT are very different.
