We have been using IMPLEMENTER since before Silvon bought it (from
Metropolitan Systems). For the most part, there are very few day-to-day
problems. Things did have a tendency to become broken after an upgrade
although they have improved in this area over the past couple of years.
My biggest argument with IMPLEMENTER is that the product support has
been very very weak ever since Silvon took it over. I have not seen
much improvement since MKS bought it.
