Export the table from MS Access as a delimited file, then upload with Client
Access file transfer, or the CPYFRMIMPF method.

For Client Access you'll want to use a .FDF file to describe the PF to which
you are uploading. The easiest way to create this is to download an empty
version of the PF to your PC and have it save the .FDF.
