We are using this thing and have had good luck with the product.

The initial download time on a 28.8 modem type link is several minutes.  Once
downloaded the startup time for a session is about 30 seconds.  Once started the
sessions run very fast even over a modem. Even full screen scrolling is fast. 
Keyboard mapping is honest 5250.

Two issues that we have identified: 1) you can't change the color of the column
separators (so as to make them go away for example).  2) If user 'A' makes a
color change to the session and closes it, the next user gets user 'A's changes.

It has been rock solid for us.
