Reminds me of some lyrics from one of my favorite bands, They Might Be Giants.

"I was young and foolish then, I feel old and foolish now."

I think I remember that LIFE game code I had seen floating around that time.
I had plugged it into a number of machines and it seemed to work fine.

I just could never get that thrilled about it.
