To All,

We're thinking of getting domino on our as400's with an eye towards using it
for customer support. (is is domino or dominoe?). We currently have a web
site of course, but it not very functional. We would like to have our
customers (about 100 as400's currently) be able to come in and download
PTF's, FAQ's, bulletin boards, and maybe tie it to our change management
systems for status updates.

Does anybody have any comments on using domino? Is it any good for these
types of applications? Is it worth the money?

We're hoping to get a good look at it at Common. But I'd appreciate any
thoughts on the subject.
