We had a CE who forgot to hold the little prop stick back as he closed
the lid on our 9347 'piece of junk' tape drive. This broke the stick
leaving only about 1/4" hanging below the lid. The lid was then
closed 'under duress' and the drive rolled back into the rack. As it
latched the 'clunk' of the latch caused the stressed top to pop up.
This caused the drive to complain that the top was open. However, we
couldn't get at it because there was a 9332 mounted on top of it and
we couldn't roll it out because the open lid was jammed against the
9332. Doh! So we had to remove the 9332 completely to get the drive
back out. Then duct tape to the rescue! This was on a B30 as well....
