ACTUALLY... fromlibr/FTP/tolibr works...as long as you remember that
files need to go into lib QS36F so cmds like TOLIBR can find them. Looks
like things like tolibr ONLY KNOW ABOUT QS36F for files.

NO GO on save restore via tape, so ftp will be our method.

According to the migration manual, if we were using the migration aid,
DFU's would come across fine. Source is brought over 'AS IS' and is not
compatible, but the DFUs would run. I'm off to find/test our options on
this issue...
