QleActBndPgm to activate the service program, and
QleGetExp to get the pointer to an Export in that service program.

You do need to know the name of the procedure and service program you are
looking for before calling the above API's to get it's address. I get mine
out of a control file.

Once you have the pointer, you can call the procedure dynamically without
having known it's name at compile time. Just define a procedure prototype
and use the keyword EXTPROC like:

D SomeProcedure PR EXTPROC(somepointer)

D SomePointer S * PROCPTR

Then, in your code:

C EVAL SomePointer = (call a procedure here that
uses the two API's above and returns a pointer)
C CALLP SomeProcedure

NOTE: be sure to define the pointer as a procedure pointer. That was
Barbara's little trick that made it all work.
