I think one thing is missing here. The menu is only a vehicle to get
to whatever program,ie:wrkoutq,wrksplf,etc... If the operator is
skilled in the use of the programs, does that make her any less skilled
???

There are over 2100 cmds on the 400, the menu system is just a
navigation
aide, so I would test on "what" wrkoutq does, not how to get to it. I
have seen many skilled operators that only use menus. This does not
lower
their skill levels. This whole business of testing is full of problems,
with no clear answers.
