We are using the product from LXI corp.  They purchased 
the old Page Alert software.  They have message queue 
monitoring and a bunch of other stuff in it.  Check out:

I've never used the Bytware product, but I recommend against Help Systems
Robot/Alert product UNLESS you have the Robot/Console product also.

The Robot/Alert product ONLY does paging... it does not support monitoring
of message queues.

IMHO, by itself, it's a useless product.
