WSU(Work Station Utility) has been around since the days of the
S/34.. Was designed to allow people to get up to speed on
workstation processing a lot quicker than RPG.. In the S/34 days,
RPG didn't have a lot of screen handling power and WSU was
supposed to be a way of getting data entry programs written much
quicker. It appears as a group of S&D specs with "some" calculation
specs.. Not a lot of folks bothered to learn it(same old story) so
years later, when it came time to move on to somthing else, the
conversion was a nightmare for those who did not know the language.

As an example, DMAS and Mapics at one time, had WSU data entry
programs...
