The Operational Assistant doesn't clean up user spooled files, does it?
I THINK you need the TAATOOL/DLTOLDSPLF (or similar) utility for that.

For a simple 7 day cleanup Operational Assistant should  do the trick.
and you  don' execute the WASTEMONEY or MAKEIT OVERLY COMPLEX commands
unnecessarily
