That is not AS400 CL - that is system 36 OCL.  The system 36 was one of
the predecesors to the AS400.  I don't know if the manuals are available
on line still but look for the "System Reference for the System 36
environment" manual 

The file XYINTRAP must be empty for this statement.  That probably means
you had a previous error in the OCL.
