Check to see if you have MF18856 on your system.  It was issued 8/17/98 and
is on cumes starting with C8265420.  If you don't, get it ASAP and follow
the special instructions in the cover letter (you have to force all the
RPG38 programs to re-encapsulate again).  If you do already have this ptf
installed, then I think you have a reportable problem.
