Tim,

We did a V3R7-to-V4R3 upgrade in April.  All in all I am pleased with the
ease of the process.  However, the gotcha's were stuff that changed in V4R1
and V4R2.  Make sure that you review the PSP, Read This First, and Memo To
Users for the V4 releases that you are skipping.  The V4R3 info is not
everything for V4 in general, just V4R3.

Based on that, I would agree with the recommendation of doing it in a two
stage process.  Get to V4R3 and stabilize.  Then go to V4R4.
