Kevin,

After you connect with your FTP client just change to the IFS directory.
Be sure to add the leading slash character:

   cd /tmp

That should change the name format option and put you in the IFS
directory. If you get an access denied message check the Limit
Capabilities parameter on your user profile. If it is *YES or *PARTIAL
you probably can't access the IFS directory.
