Yes some fields are packed and some are signed....either way they do not
come out correctly.

Let me understand the responses I have gotten.

In order to get numeric data correctly I must create a file with these
fields defined as text or edit code N?
Define a field in PF as 9 with 2 decimals and edit code N or S? Will these
work with negative numbers?
