  • Subject: How to translate characters from english to Latvian

I am copying some data from an AS/400 file to a PC file. The PC is in
Latvia. The PC file is being created with the wrong characters.

The steps being carried out are:
1) CPYTOPCD from AS/400 database file to Document in AS/400 folder
2) Copy document from AS/400 folder to PC file(PC In Latvia)

Is the problem occurring between 1) or between 2) or between both?
I need help
