Again, as mentioned in an earlier post, whether you want to go with a DFU or DBU
app or write one from scratch depends on how often it will be used and what your
data edits are.  User friendly is nice, but if you're talking about an app that
gets used once a month for five minutes a crack, it's hard to see where the cost
of writing a new app from scratch is justified.  Unless you've got loads of free
time, of course.  ;-)

Oh, if this file's contents control nuclear generators, then maybe you'd skip
DFU and go with an ILE-RPG program from scratch instead.  You get the point.
