Gary,

Exit points will track file download information.  I'd like to say that they are
the only way to get this information, but I'll bet one (or more) of the
enterprizing people on this list can come up with some other way. :)

If you're going to build your own you'll want to cover the DDM, File Server, FTP
(and possibly TFTP), SQL Server, Remote SQL Server, and the original File
Transfer server.
