Using Client Access, have a device name prefix (eg. OPS) on your devices (OPSPC1, OPSPC2) and then add a workstation entry to QCTL for devices OPS*. Whenever the PC signs on (assuming QCTL is not ended/in restricted state) they will go straight to QCTL. You may want a TFRJOB in the PC users initial program that moves them to QINTER if it is available to stop them "lurking" in QCTL. The nice touch is, should QINTER be ended when they are signed on, they sign off and will drop in to QCTL by default. +--- | This is the Midrange System Mailing List! | To submit a new message, send your mail to MIDRANGE-L@midrange.com. | To subscribe to this list send email to MIDRANGE-L-SUB@midrange.com. | To unsubscribe from this list send email to MIDRANGE-L-UNSUB@midrange.com. | Questions should be directed to the list owner/operator: david@midrange.com +---
