Help writing Performance Data Query

I am trying to directly query filesin the QPFRDATA library to get a daily report
of CPU and DASD utilization.

What files and fields do I need to recreate these fields from the System Report:
         Job          CPU
      Type         Util
--------------     ----
Interactive         1.0
DDM Server           .0
Client Access      13.4
PassThru            3.2
Average            17.7


Disk Utilization              --Percent--
                         Full   Util
                         ----   ----
Average                       70.3
