RE: 6606 Drives on PC

Hi, did you format the scsi disk? As you know, AS/400 disk´s are formated at
520 bytes/sector, qhile PC scsi are at 512.  I happened to have an dos file
who can reformat this disk, if anyone is interested, just e-mail me
privatly.  No charge

Has anyone had success using recycled 6606 (2GB) drives in a PC?
Conversly can anyone state that it can't work and why?  I have
recently come into a handfull of them and when I try to use them on an
Adaptec 2740 FW-SCSI controller I get strange device errors.

In case the latter above is correct, who wants 'em?
