According to Frank Soltis, NT running on the Integrated Netfinity server is about 15% more reliable than on a stand alone PC server. He says that is because it is sitting next to a "real" operating system (his word) that monitors it and keeps it alive by automatically rebooting it as necessary if OS/400 determines that the NT is flaking out.
