Re: Adopted authority

Doesn't do it.  I know.  They still don't have authority to the objects 
themselves.  I haven't figured out what *IOSYSCFG really does.  We created 
commands like DLTDEVDT, DLTCTLDT, (notice the T on the end?) to handle these.  
These adopt authority and call the similiar commands.  We restrict the number 
of users of these commands.
