This is a  very optomistic outlook.

Not intentinionally but we do introduce new  errors that go undetected
during  even the most rigirous testing.  Who better to  hunt and  fix these
problems in a heghly reactive mode then  the person that worked on the
project and is familiar application

It seems  business as  usual but permature
