Minimum release level?  Gotta have the toolkit, 5xxxSQ1.  If the command
STRSQL is on your system, you got it.

Getting started?  The examples in the SQL programming guide are a
start.  If you understand SQL syntax, then the programming is a snap. 
If not, then spend some quality time in the STRSQL command with the
SELECT verb.
