Hi Nina: Thanks for the reply. The client *finally* let me use DUN to make a PPP connection to the Shiva unit and then I just started my TN5250 emulator to the IP address of the AS400. His jaw dropped when he saw the signon screen, he tucked his tail and disappeared and we didn't see him (the "network expert") the rest of the day. I love happy endings! :) CJG Carl Galgano EDI Consulting Services, Inc. 540 Powder Springs Street Suite C19 Marietta, GA 30064 770-422-2995 mailto: cgalgano@ediconsulting.com http://www.ediconsulting.com EDI, Communications and AS400 Technical Consulting -----Original Message----- From: nina jones <ddi@datadesigninc.com> To: MIDRANGE-L@midrange.com <MIDRANGE-L@midrange.com> Date: Friday, April 30, 1999 11:49 PM Subject: Re: Info on Shriva LAN Rover > >> I know the Shriva unit has been discussed on the list before.
