Probably the best idea is to press F13 (Services), then select option
4 to save the session in a source file.  From there you can parse it
into separate members to use with RUNSQLSTM or whatever.

But if you really want to know how there are stored internally, try:

DMPSYSOBJ OBJ(ISQLST<usrprf>*) CONTEXT( QRECOVERY)

The spaces are named ISQLST<usrprf><job><seq>

QRECOVERY also contains the work spaces for SEU and SDA among other
things.
