Sorry for being unclear.... when I said:

I meant that they only use CPU cycles at initialization. 
Yes they stay in an active status for the life of the
session.

That does sound strange.  Any chance that it was for 7.35 on
some previous day?

How long has this been going on?  Has there been any release
upgrase, ptf's etc.
