EMail Spool Files -- MIDRANGE-L

After all the fun and discussion about Emailing Spool files, and free or
expensive solutions, I received notice from Bytware:

"Also, we have 2 new products. MessengerNT, and E-Spool. E-Spool is a
complimentary utility
that you can download right from our web site. E-Spool is an E-Mail Spool
File Utility. Check it out and download your complimentary copy."

The utility is a single (short) CLP, and the command wrapped around it.
Seems that CPYTOPCD will do the same job that the COBOL program found in
the OV/400 manual does.
