We recently upgraded one of our systems from 4r2 to 4r3 with no problem.
We had ordered the 4r1-to-4r2 upgrade for our other system but never
installed it. When we upgraded 4r1 to 4r3 there were some things which were
not shipped on the 4r3 CD because the release level had not changed from the
4r2 upgrade which IBM has us at. (I didn't do the upgrade so I don't
remember all the details of what was not shipped. All I remember off the
top of my head was the fax software was not sent.)
