I'm sure I'm not the first to suggest using Excel to convert the various
files to one format.  The real fun, if my experience with rental mailing
lists is any guide, is the 20 to 30 interface programs you may need to write
once you get the files up to the 400.  This is assuming they paid the same
attention to the file layout guidelines as they did to the file format
request.  Good luck.
