I'm not sure if it has anything to do with the printer server. But you can try
this:
Go here --> http://as400service.rochester.ibm.com/as4sde/slkbase.nsf/slkbase
Click on all documents
then the search icon
then search for CRTWSCST

There are several documents that have to do with forcing trays. you may find
something there.

Hi,

I have a customer who is print from the AS/400 to a Compaq PageMaker 20
via an Axis Print Server 560. I have created a remote output queue for
the Axis Print Server. Basically, it is printing alright except when
the users want to print via another tray, it doesn't work.

We try to specify the source drawer option to a number other than 1
for a particular spool file but it is still printing from the same
drawer. It looks like there is no other option we can specify in the output
queue.

Any other way in doing that ?? Thanks in advance.
