This'll work, but it has a couple of severe disadvantages. Firstly you have
to modify and therefore complicate the application program. Secondly, the
page number will be reset to one when the printer file is re-opened, which
obviously affects the output if page numbers are printed. I'm not sure if
there's a way round this.
