I usually pick an object that I can depend on being in the source library
(and in the library list). In your case, the file you will duplicate is
probably the one to use, since it must already be there. I then run
something like this:

  DCL     VAR(&SRCLIB) TYPE(*CHAR) LEN(10)
  RTVOBJD OBJ(existingfile) RTNLIB(&SRCLIB)
