QCALSRV jobs not running -- MIDRANGE-L

Hi,
Our calendar jobs, through QCALSRV in O/V, aren't running as of late.
I'm on V3R2.  What subsystem would QCALSRV be running in?

Also, to start the calendar, I'm assuming that STRCALSRV will do the job.
But, how do you stop all the jobs that haven't run from running
immediately?
