Bypass signon is not going to give you access to an AS/400. You need to have a user profile and password that is on the AS/400. The user profile and password are passed to the server. Personal Communications 5250 does not provide the bypass signon directly. It can be done with either Client Access/400 or AS/400 Telnet user exit.
