× The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.

You can't print a chapter with PDF! PDF only prints by absolute page number
in the document! PDF is only viable to print the _entire_ book!

Geeze, IBM drives me nuts.
