IF you are doing this for a Y2K project  I would suggest you use the
product [if any] that  folds into or interfaces with your Y2K remediation
package.   If you  do not  know if your  Y2K  solution  ties to a change
management product , I  might have that information on file. 

Beyond that I would be  happy to  give you my thoughts   off line.
