Thanks, we didn't have the source. So we just created some new source and
recompiled it.

There's no way (and no reason, to my knowledge) to change a PF38 to a PF.
If you have the PF38 source, the CVTDDSSRC command in TAATOOL will produce
native source.

It's not perfect, but it's comparable to CVTCLSRC.
