I also like it if the sample code was included by default instead of having to 
ask
for it.  Having said that, I do respect the wishes of the people who have the 
code
so it is still nice of them to offer it.

Would users prefer to have code and larger e-mails blasted?  This would be a 
great
question for the next survey.
