Weblogic's 'Tengah' Application Server, is IBM's Enterprise Java Beans
product of choice for the AS/400. There would be a capability to
interoperate with CORBA:-

You could also check with Inprise's (Borland's) VisiBroker (Visigenic)
product. In fact, Tengah works with the Visigenic ORB to interoperate with
non-Java clients and servers.
