RE: NEWSWire/400-11.04.98

I use the MC forums regularily.  I don't remember having to wait more than
20 seconds for any message.  Maybe a T1 line helps, but even at home with
dialup it's not that bad.

I think it definatly makes a difference what time of day you are on, as
well.
