 Cause . . . . . :   You tried to use the system request functions but 
you do
   not have the authority to do so.  To use system request functions, 
you must
   have authority to use the panel group QGMNSYSR. 
 Recovery  . . . :   Get the authority for this panel group from your 
security
   officer. 

You can also change some of the options (system wide, not by user) by 
altering message CPX2313 in *MSGF QSYS/QCPFMSG.  I like to change 
DSPJOB to WRKJOB - but that's because there are only programmers on 
this system.

I want to secure my AS/400.
Some users will access it from an outside system.
I think I have secured a lot of things but there remains one point :
how is it possible to suppress the use of the "system request" ?
Is there a place where the available options of the syst request menu 
can be
changed ?
