  • Subject: CA 95/NT restarting PC5250 problem
  • From: "Jeff Carey" <jcarey@xxxxxxxxx>

Occasionally, when trying to open a new PC5250 session after I've
previously closed one, I need to reboot. Clicking on my session icon or
the icon in AS/400 Connections runs for a bit, but does nothing. Even if I
disconnect in AS/400 Connections & reconnect, I am prompted for ID &
password, the connection is re-established, but PC5250 never launches.

Anyone else having this problem?

Running CA V3R1M3 SF48155 on NT 4.0 SP3 with hot fix dated 3/19/98.
Systems are running at mainly V3R7 and V4R2, with a couple at V3R2. This
occurs with all systems.
