We actually found out the firewall wasn't the problem.  The problem 
was the path for the MTA work path under the Server server 
document.  It needs to be /QIBM/UserData/LOTUS/SMTPMTA 
Just try to find this documented anywhere!!  Nothing showed up in 
the work path, and when I asked about it I was told it wasn't 
needed.  Well it is!  Yes, we've got OV running both ways along 
with the POP3 server, and Domino.
