  Pete is correct that it takes an RPG program or two with some CL to
drive it. I don't recall off hand how many objects total but it did get
a bit involved.  You also must (in my version anyway) always have the
PFILE statement in exactly the correct column in the DDS.  I have the
programs available from my S/36 to AS/400 conversion days.  Let me know
if you want a copy.
